Resilience Apiary and Diversified Farm

Focused on developing pest and disease resistant locally adapted honeybees, Resilience Apiary is the centerpiece of a diversified farm. Come by and take a horse drawn wagon ride to see how the pigs harvest their own feed and watch cows and calves graze in the rolling meadows. See the honeybees at work in our glass-sided observation hive and learn how the honey is extracted from the combs. Enjoy free samples of our local, raw honey. We offer raw and liquid honey, pastured non-GMO pork, honeybees and queens.

Stone Brothers

A diversified 480 acre family run farm which includes dairy, beef, retail greenhouse, garden center, CSA and year-round vegetable production. We also sell at several farmers markets. On Open Farm Day, only the greenhouse is open to public viewing. We will have plants and vegetables available for sale.

Heartstone Artisan Bakery at Alambria Springs Farm and Hope Springs Eternal Horse Sanctuary

Heartstone Artisan Bakery is located on our farm, Alambria Springs Farm. Heartstone Bakery is a true artisan bakery where we make and bake naturally fermented sourdough breads and other baked goods including delicious pastries. We incorporate a large percentage of NY State flours, vegetables and fruits into our products. Visit us to see our recently expanded bakery and new oven. Offerings: A baking demo at 11AM – fresh breads, pastries and other products for sale all day or until sold out. We will also have several lunch options. A meet and greet tour at 1PM to meet Justin and Girlie and our other animal friends of Hope Springs Eternal Horse Sanctuary (a not-for-profit rescue located at Alambria Springs Farm, as well.)

Preston Hill Farm

Preston Hill Farm LLC is an equine riding facility offering boarding and lessons. We have a great lesson program with awesome horses and knowledgeable trainers. We offer lessons to all ages (4 years and up) including riders who want to pleasure ride or the more serious rider that wants to jump and show. If you sign up and pay for a set of 4 lessons on Open Farm Day, you will receive 20% off your first set of lessons! We will offer $5.00 pony rides on Open Farm Day on the hour, each hour, until 1/2 past the hour. Come see our four legged friends!

Ben & Judy’s Sugarhouse

Ben & Judy’s Sugarhouse has been making syrup since 1980, and whlie technology has changed, we still harvest sap from local trees and make our all-natural products with care and family pride. We work all year to maintain our woods and usually boil from February through March when the weather conditions are right. Our family would love to have you stop by and sample some pure maple syrup, maple cream, maple cotton candy and maple candy!

Kubecka Farms

Kubecka Farms is a 3rd generation family farm started in 1943. Located on a sandy outwash from a long ago receeded glacial lake where we currently grow 200 acres of vegetable crops. We are most well known for sweet corn, tomatoes, and potatoes but grow a wide variety of other vegetables and small fruit that are all available at our roadside market. Come see the crops being grown and taste the freshly picked difference! Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.

Silly Goats Farm

Silly Goats Farm is home to Silly Goats Soap Company where we make handmade, natural goat milk soap, lotions, liquid soap and bath bomb using pure goat milk from our herd of registered Lamancha Goats. As well as other natural skin care products like herbal bug repellant, salves, lip balms, etc. We have just finished building a new walk-in, milk parlor, show room and manufacturing facility to help improve our production for our growing business. Come by and visit this spring’s baby goats, see our new facility and learn what we are doing on our little slice of heaven called Silly Goats Farm.
