Meadowood Farms is a 225 acre pasture-based sheep and beef farm in Madison County, NY. We have one of the top dairy-sheep flocks in the US, and raised beautiful Belted Galloway beef cattle. We are proud of our clean milk, healthy beef and lamb, our beautiful pastures, and our land conservation and stewardship practices. Take a wagon ride tour of the farm, pet some baby lambs, have lunch, taste our products, and watch us milk the sheep.

Madison County Distillery
The Madison County Distillery is located on the 200-year-old, historic Maples Farm in picturesque Cazenovia, NY. This veteran/family owned farm distillery produces the finest quality, small batch, artisan spirits made from locally grown organic grains and Marcellus shale spring water off the farm. The venue features a modern production center exquisite distilling equipment from Germany, and inviting tasting room to sample spirits and enjoy craft cocktails, local beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. The distillery also serves award-winning tacos and small bites to complement beverages. Come visit Farmstead 1868, a new lavender farm in Fenner! Located adjacent to the Cody Farm heifer facility on the legacy Shephard Bros. Dairy, this agricultural progression showcases the longstanding heritage of farming in Fenner. A self-guided tour of the lavender field and test patch, as well as hands on stations to learn about lavender/dairy farming/processing will be offered under the Farmstead tent. You-pick lavender available, weather permitting. Farmstead 1868 products will be available for sale in the seasonal farm shop. Food and beverage options provided to benefit Cazenovia BSA Troop 18.

Hillcrest Stables, LLC.
Hillcrest Stables is a hunter/jumper facility located in Chittenango that offers training, sales, and boarding to the local community. One of our more popular services is our horseback riding lessons that are offered to people of all ages. Along with our riding lessons we also host 6 horse shows from May-October that are open to the public. Our summer riding programs and camps are also a very popular option for families to take advantage of while kids aren’t at school. We will be offering pony rides at $5 per child and hay rides at $2 per person or $10 per family.

O’Mara Farm raises Black Angus Cattle to provide high quality natural beef from birth to plate. At our Canastota Farm we have a herd of cows that will be nursing their newly born calves. While you are here you can learn about our farm and how we care for our cattle. We also raise many acres of grain and vegetables on our farm. You might even get a chance to climb on a tractor or a combine. Before you leave visit our store and learn about the many cuts of meat we sell.

Kriemhild Dairy Farms – Kriemhild Kupboard & Museum
Our Kriemhild Kupboard is a self service farm store featuring our full line of milks & butters as well as other local artisan products from Madison County and beyond. We will also be offering tours of our churn museum. We have over 100 examples of early butter churns, cream seperators, butter workers and other items related to early dairying in this area.

Salt City Harvest Farm
Salt City Harvest Farm (SCHF) is a community farm with a great variety of produce grown by New American refugee farmers. Here you will find tomatoes next to Asian long beans, or watermelon next to bitter melon. The great variety of crops reflect the cultural heritage of people from Bhutan, Congo, Somalia, Eritrea, and Burma who are now part of the New American community here in Central New York. The farm provides training for New Americans to develop their own farm operation. There is also an orchard to stroll through.

Welcome to our farm! What started as a dairy has now undergone some changes. We currently grow hay & straw as well as various vegetables, maple syrup, eggs, and offer custom farming. We have taken our farms products and use them on our food truck. We can now cater any event with our BBQ that includes farm produced products. Stop by and enjoy some lunch on our farm where we will be serving up lots of locally produced food. Spend some time sitting in the shade or walking the nature trail around the field.

Our Farm, an award winning agritourism destination, welcomes you to an array of activities. Please sample our rhubarb sauces. We will also have ice cream sundaes for sale with our rhubarb sauce! Sherman, the donkey, Trixie, the mini horse, and Misty, the horse are thrilled to meet you AND Boris the giant catapult (trebuchet) , is launching watermelons every hour on the hour., starting at 11:00AM. We will be here to answer questions about our 10kW solar power system. To complete the visit, view over 50 varieties of perennials in bloom in our beautiful flower gardens.

Brownson Family Farm
Nestled on the banks of Chittenango Creek, Brownson Family Farm was founded by James and Debra Brownson in 1979. All six children grew up on this farm, and is now run by the eldest son, Ben, and his wife Melissa. We grow a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, including some organic products, but pride ourselves in sweet corn. Raw or cooked, it is addictive. It has been 43 years since the beginning of Brownson Family Farm. As our families have grown, so has our commitment to the farm and the customers. We have a wide variety of jams, jellies, mustards, and sauces in our store. In addition, we sell hamburger, sausage, bacon, and eggs.

Foothills Flower Farm
Our farm is a unique combination of a working flower farm and greenhouse/nursery business. We grow annual and perennial flowers for fresh cutting. We retail annuals, herbs, veggies, and perennial plants. Our farm is also home to On A Fence Designs and Rentals with which we rent green and flowering plants, trees and other props for weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, etc. We also offer on-site landscaping consultations. Old Home Distillers
Old Home Distillers is a family owned and operated farm distillery in Lebanon, NY. Operated by brothers/co-distillers Aaron and Adam Carvell, Old Home has produced distilled spirits fermented from 100% NY grown ingredients since 2015. The farm also grows unique heirloom produce for use in the spirits, including herbs and botanicals, hot peppers, estate apples, maple syrup, and more. Products include whiskeys, bourbons, gins, and a variety of experimental and seasonal releases. Self-guided tours, spirit tasting, and bottle sales will be available and a food truck will be on the premises.

7 Trees Dairy Goats
7 Trees Dairy is a fully functional seasonal goat dairy located in Perryville, NY. From our herd of Saanen goats we produce several products including aged cheeses, semi-hard and soft cheeses, as well as fetas and cheese curds. We also use milk to make lotion and soap. Every spring we welcome dozens of goat kids that allow our milk production to begin. During the summer we are busy making cheese, attending local farmers markets, and caring for our goats. We welcome visitors to our farm to enjoy our goats, visit our cheese room and store, and experience fresh made goat cheese.

Critz Farms, Inc.
Critz Farms is a diversified agritourism farm located just south of Cazenovia. Recognized as a NY State Agritourism Business of the Year, the farm also operates Critz Farms Brewing & Cider Co. and offers handcrafted beer and hard cider from crops grown on the farm. Crops include apples, pumpkins, blueberries, and Christmas trees. The farm also produces sweet apple cider and maple syrup. Tour the cider mill, sugar house, brewery and winery. Visit the tasting room, go blueberry picking, visit the animals and playgrounds, and enjoy music and food!

Empire Buffalo is a small scale bison farm. We sell bison meat frozen, by the retail cut. Bison is great tasting and good for you, and ours is all grass-fed. Local Roots Farm
Local Roots Farm is a family farm that produces a wide variety of vegetables, maple syrup, eggs, pastured chicken and beef, all available at our Farm Store. We will offer samples, horse drawn rides, and guided tours. Enjoy your visit by walking through the gardens, high tunnels, and strolling around the chicken pasture. Activities for the children include: scavenger hunt, gathering eggs, petting and feeding animals. We will be having specials at our Farm Store along with a lemonade and cookie stand by the children. Red Gate Farm is a grass based dairy farm. Our dairy is home to 150 colored breed cattle. We practice rotational grazing to maximize the benefits of fresh grass. All of our milk is used to produce butter in our Kriemhild Dairy Farms Creamery.

The New York Mushroom Company is a local Veteran-owned family farm in Lebanon committed to growing and producing the finest organic gourmet mushrooms in CNY. On Open Farm Day, tours will be available throughout the day and we will have lots of fresh dried mushrooms available for purchase. You can also find us year-round at nymushrooms.com or in person at the CNY Regional Market, at the Clinton Farmer’s Market (June through October), and the Oneida Public Market (November through April). Come visit us at the farm or market and give our “fruit” of the fungi a try!
