It's time for the Open Farm Day!
Our family has produced maple syrup for over one hundred years and the tradition continues at our farm. Sap is collected from the trees with traditional buckets as well as a modern vacuum pipeline system. We recently completed an eco-friendly upgrade to our production facility, which includes a reverse osmosis system and a new evaporator, cutting our total energy consumption in half. In addition to maple syrup, we produce a variety of other maple products – candy, cream, jelly and granulated sugar. We sell homegrown beef by the half, quarter, and individual cuts, including hamburger with no additives. Come visit our sugarhouse where you can learn about making maple syrup!
