Hufatlen Farms

Hartwood Farm raises pretty much every vegetable that grows in upstate NY (and a few that you might be surprised grow here!), pork,eggs, and flowers. Come visit to see our U-pick garden full of flowers that brighten the homes of our Community Supported Agriculture members; tour the fields and visit the hens and pigs; and talk about all things vegetable and organic farming. You can see the range of practices we use to grow fresh vegetables close to year-round, including high tunnels, solar deer fencing, crop rotations, pest covers, and more to have happy, healthy, and delicous eggs and vegetables.

Our Farm

Our Farm, an award winning agritourism destination, welcomes you to an array of activities. Please sample our rhubarb sauces. We’re also selling ice cream sundaes. Sherman (the donkey), Cody and Trixie (the horses) are thrilled to meet you AND Boris the giant catapult (trebuchet) , is launching watermelons every hour on the hour., starting at 11:00AM. We will be here to answer questions about our 10kW solar power system.  To complete the visit, view over 50 varieties of perennials in bloom in our beautiful flower gardens.

Resilience Apiary and Diversified Farm

Focused on developing disease resistant locally adapted honeybees, Resilience Apiary is the centerpiece of a diversified, perennial based farm. Come by and take a horse drawn wagon ride to see who the pigs harvest their own feed and watch cows and calves graze in the rolling meadows. See the honeybees at work in our glass-sided observation hive and learn how the honey is extracted from the combs. Bee sure to attend the beginning beekeeping talks at 10am and 2pm. Enjoy free samples of our local, raw honey. We offer raw and liquid honey, pastured pork, honeybees and queens.

Stone Brothers

A diversified 480 acre family run farm which includes dairy, beef, retail greenhouse, garden center, CSA and year-round vegetable products. We also sell at several farmers markets. On Open farm Day, only the greenhouse is open to public viewing. We will have plants and vegetables available for sale and Madison Bistro Farm to Table will be on-site doing cooking demonstrations.

Heartstone Artisan Bakery at Alambria Springs Farm and Hope Springs Eternal Horse Sanctuary

Heartstone Artisan Bakery and Hope Springs Eternal Horse Sanctuary are both located on our beloved Alambria Springs Farm. Heartstone Bakery will be open and baking from 10-2. From 10-12pm, breakfast pastries and other goodies. From 12-2pm, serveral lunchoptions – pizza and/or focaccia slices or mid summer bruschetta. Bakery products for sale all day. Free samples and live music. Meet te horses of our fledgling not-for-profit sanctuary and learn about our vision to rescue more and offer equine therapy programs in the future. 5% of our net profits will be donated to the sanctuary. Preston Hill Farm

Preston Hill Farm LLC is an equine boarding and training facility. We offer lessons to the public on our horses and ponies. We are equipped to teach beginners through advanced lessons. Ben & Judy’s Sugarhouse

Ben & Judy’s Sugarhouse has been making syrup since 1980, and while technology has changed, we still harvest sap from local trees and make our all-natural products with care and family pride. We work all year to maintain our woods and usually boil from February through March when the weather conditions are right. Our family would love to have you stop by and sample some pure maple syrup, maple cream, maple cotton candy and maple candy!

Kubecka Farms

Kubecka Farms is a 3rd generation family farm started in 1943. Located on a sandy out-wash from a long ago receded glacial lake where we currently grow 200 acres of vegetable crops. We are most well known for sweet corn, tomatoes, and potatoes but grow a wide variety of other vegetables and small fruit that are all available at our roadside market. Come see the crops being grown and taste the freshly picked difference.
